Regents meeting May 20

The Board of Regents will have its monthly meeting at 3 p.m. May 20 at the Fairlane Center, UM-Dearborn. Public comments on agenda items will be taken prior to their consideration. Comments on nonagenda items will follow the regular business agenda. People with disabilities who need assistance should contact the Office of the Vice President and Secretary of the University in advance at 734-764-3883. Road closure alert

Part of East Medical Center Drive will be closed from 6 a.m. today (May 10) through Friday for water main construction. It will affect a short stretch of road near the new C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and Women’s Hospital under construction. All entrances to U-M medical facilities and parking structures will remain open. Washington Heights will be converted to temporary two-way traffic during this period. Bus route and stop changes will be posted on bus stops, on board U-M buses, and on the Web at www.pts.umich.edu/ and www.theride.org.
