Grant to fund Korean studies project

The Nam Center for Korean Studies is among a group of Big Ten university centers selected to share an expected $1 million gift from the Korea Foundation for the Consortium for Institutional Cooperation (CIC) Korean Studies e-School project. The project, spanning three years, is part of the Korea Foundation’s Global e-School. It funds a new initiative for Korean Studies via distance learning across the institutions of the CIC — the Big Ten schools and the University of Chicago.
