MLK photo: Freedom poster

This poster promoting Martin Luther King Jr.’s 1963 appearance in Detroit — where he previewed a draft of the “I Have a Dream” speech, delivered two months later in Washington, D.C. — is part of the exhibit “Black History 101: Mobile Museum,” from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Jan. 21 at the Michigan Union Art Lounge.
