WDI to convene global conference on training for entrepreneurship
The William Davidson Institute will convene a global conference next month on how to plan, deliver, and assess world-class entrepreneurship training programs in emerging markets. The Global Summit on Educating Entrepreneurs is expected to draw 300 attendees from around the world.

eRecruit to add functionality for hiring non-student temps
As part of an ongoing effort to improve efficiencies in hiring at the university, the non-student temporary employee hiring process will be added to eRecruit in June. Using eRecruit is expected to lead to faster hiring turnaround as well as more timely background checking.

Nominations sought for union representative to DPS Oversight Committee
The election to fill the union representative staff position on the Department of Public Safety Oversight Committee will take place over the next several weeks. Nominations are being sought for the seat representing bargained-for staff members. The deadline for nominations is June 1.
