MCommunity users urged to review group membership settings
The recent implementation of MCommunity, the university's new online directory, has raised questions over the way email group membership information can be found, and prompted university officials to suggest users review their group memberships and request changes where they find it necessary.

Michigan football coach Bo Schembechler will be featured in the season debut of the Big Ten Network series "Big Ten Icons." The episode will air at approximately 4 p.m. Saturday, following the Michigan-Minnesota game. Episodes will air in their regular time slot at 8 p.m. Tuesdays.

A better-educated Bangladesh
When Bangladesh sought to improve its higher education programs, Quamrul Mazumder, assistant professor of mechanical engineering at UM-Flint, stepped up to help his native country. He has spoken at education-improvement workshops, on the Bangladesh National Television Network and even at the U.S. Embassy. Mazumder continues to work to establish international collaboration between the education communities of the U.S. and Bangladesh, and to provide recommendations to the Bangladesh government.
