U-M among the Princeton Review’s 322 Green Colleges
The university has been recognized for its commitment to sustainability in the 2012 edition of the Princeton Review’s Guide to 322 Green Colleges. Presented in partnership with the U.S. Green Building Council, the book profiles 322 higher education institutions with a strong commitment to sustainability in their academic offerings, campus infrastructure, activities and career preparation.

Four weeks left to complete MHealthy Rewards, chance to win $750 in prizes
Four weeks remain for benefits-eligible employees to complete a wellness screening and the annual health questionnaire for MHealthy Rewards. A limited number of on-site wellness screening appointments still are available. To further boost participation, MHealthy announced it also would hold grand prize drawings in June for those who complete Rewards.

Design for social change
A partnership between the School of Art & Design and a community school in the Brightmoor neighborhood of Detroit could become the blueprint for more collaboration. This partnership created projects such as a mobile pizza oven and solar-powered bicycle lights through the conversations, field trips and interactions of Detroit and U-M A&D students.
