In Brief

Uniquely Michigan updates website

The Uniquely Michigan website, www.hr.umich.edu/um, recently has been updated to better connect viewers to family fun activities, campus area attractions, discounts and perks available to the U-M community. Learn more about staff, famous alumni, university history and achievements in the Did U Know section, and explore the site’s list of U-M insider jargon. The information is presented for faculty and staff to get the most out of their university connection.

The University Record will publish information on university commencement activities in the April 23 issue. Departments and units are asked to submit their commencement details including speaker information, date, time and location by 5 p.m. April 16 only if this information already is not listed on the Spring Commencement website at www.umich.edu/~gradinfo/spring/. Submissions to the Record can include additional information on departmental and unit commencement activities. Information will be accepted by email at urecord@umich.edu, via fax to 734-764-7084 or through campus mail to University Record, 412 Maynard, 48109-1399.
