Kathleen Coulborn Faller, Marion Elizabeth Blue Professor of Children and Families and professor of social work, School of Social Work, recently was chosen to receive the National Association of Social Workers-Michigan 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award. Faller is nationally known a leader in the study of child sexual abuse. Her writing and research has explored such abuse in day care settings, female perpetration and sexual abuse in divorce.

The Record welcomes submissions for Accolades, including photographs (must be at least 200 dpi). Publication is at the discretion of the editor.



Krisztina Fehervary, assistant professor of anthropology, LSA, on her first visit as a child to Hungary: “Everything was so different and bizarre. It was just an upside-down world and I was fascinated with it.”
